إنتهى زمن الإدانة: حصانة إسرائيل تُشعل كارثة إقليمية..

أصدر الإتحاد الفيدرالي للمجالس الإسلامية في أستراليا بيانًا عاجلًا وحاسمًا يؤكد فيه أن الضربة التي نفذتها إسرائيل على دولة قطر تمثل فصلًا جديداً في حملة من العدوان غير المقيَّد تمارسه دولة باتت تعمل كليًا خارج إطار القانون الدولي وأحكامه.

إن القضية لا تقتصر على غزة وحدها؛ فقد قصفت إسرائيل لبنان، وسوريا، واليمن، وإيران، واستهدفت أسطول الصمود الإنساني في المياه التونسية، وها هي اليوم تنتهك سيادة قطر، الدولة المحايدة المنخرطة بفعالية في مفاوضات وقف إطلاق النار. ويعكس ذلك نهجًا متعمدًا لزعزعة استقرار المنطقة بأكملها، في ظل ثقة راسخة بأن أي تبعات ملموسة لن تترتب على تلك الانتهاكات.

أما رد المجتمع الدولي فما يزال يتجلى في بيانات متكررة وجوفاء: “قلق عميق”، “إدانة”، “دعوة إلى ضبط النفس”. وهي عبارات فقدت مضمونها وأضحت بلا أثر عملي، بل تحولت فعليًا إلى إشارة ضمنية لمزيد من التصعيد، لأن إسرائيل تدرك أن الغرب لن يتجاوز حدود التصريحات الخطابية.

وفي هذا السياق، صرّح رئيس الإتحاد، الدكتور راتب جنيّد، قائلًا:

“إن إسرائيل لا ترتدع بالإدانة، بل تزداد جرأة بفعل غياب الإجراءات العملية. على الحكومات الغربية، بما في ذلك أستراليا، أن تتوقف عن التظاهر بأن للكلمات قوةً رادعة. لقد انتهى زمن التصريحات منذ أشهر، وما هو مطلوب اليوم هو الفعل: إجراءات ملموسة وحقيقية. وإلا فإننا نسير بخطى متسارعة نحو كارثة إقليمية شاملة.”

ويُحذّر الإتحاد من أن استمرار العدوان الإسرائيلي على دول ذات سيادة متعددة لن يبقى محصورًا في نطاقه الحالي، بل سيؤدي إلى اندلاع صراع أوسع يبتلع المنطقة برمتها ويخلّف عواقب إنسانية كارثية.

وعليه، يدعو الإتحاد الحكومة الأسترالية، وسائر الحكومات الغربية، إلى ما يلي:

وقف جميع أشكال التعاون العسكري والاستخباراتي والدفاعي مع إسرائيل.

فرض عقوبات شاملة تشمل المجالات الاقتصادية والدبلوماسية والثقافية.

تعليق تصدير الأسلحة واللوجستيات التي تغذي سلاسل توريد السلاح في المنطقة.

استدعاء السفراء وتخفيض مستوى العلاقات الدبلوماسية حتى تلتزم إسرائيل بالمعايير الدولية.

دعم قرارات مُلزِمة في المحافل الدولية تفرض آليات للمساءلة الحقيقية، لا مجرد الخطاب الإنشائي.

كما يؤكد الاتحاد وقوفه الثابت مع دولة قطر، التي انتُهِكت سيادتها على يد قوة عسكرية أجنبية. وإذا لم تُصَن سيادة قطر، وهي الدولة الساعية إلى تحقيق وقف إطلاق النار، فلن يبقى أي حياد قائم، وستصبح الدبلوماسية ذاتها إحدى ضحايا العدوان.

إن نافذة الفرصة لتفادي اندلاع حرب إقليمية شاملة آخذة في الانغلاق. وعلى العالم أن يختار: التحرك لا الإكتفاء بالكلام.

The Time for Condemnation is Over. Israel’s Impunity is Fuelling Regional Catastrophe

The Australian Federation of Islamic Councils (AFIC) issues this urgent and unequivocal statement: the strike carried out by Israel in Qatar is the latest chapter in a campaign of unrestrained aggression by a state that now acts entirely outside the bounds of international law.

This is not simply about Gaza. Israel has now bombed Lebanon, Syria, Yemen, Iran, the Sumud humanitarian flotilla in Tunisian waters, and now Qatar, a neutral state actively engaged in ceasefire negotiations. It demonstrated a deliberate effort to destabilise the entire region confident that no meaningful consequence will follow.

And the international community’s response? Yet another round of hollow statements. “Deep concern.” “Condemnation.” “Call for restraint.” These words, recycled endlessly, are now meaningless. They have done nothing to slow Israel’s actions. On the contrary, they have become a green light for further escalation, because Israel knows the West will do nothing more than speak.

“Israel is not deterred by condemnation. It is emboldened by inaction,” said AFIC President Dr Rateb Jneid. “Western governments, including Australia, must stop pretending that statements have power. The time for words ended months ago. What is needed now is action. Real, tangible consequences. Or else we are marching toward a regional catastrophe.”

AFIC warns that continued Israeli aggression across multiple sovereign states will not remain contained. If left unchecked, this will spark a broader conflict that will engulf the region with devastating humanitarian consequences.

We call on the Australian Government, and all Western nations, to:

• Cease all military, intelligence, and defence cooperation with Israel

• Enact comprehensive sanctions across economic, diplomatic, and cultural sectors

• Suspend arms exports and logistics that feed into the regional weapons supply chain

• Recall ambassadors and downgrade diplomatic relations until Israel abides by international norms

• Support binding resolutions in international forums that impose accountability, not just rhetoric

AFIC also stands firmly with the State of Qatar, whose sovereign territory has now been violated by a foreign military power. If Qatar, a state working toward ceasefire, is not protected, then no neutral ground remains, and diplomacy itself becomes a casualty.

The window to prevent broader war is closing. The world must act not speak.
