غزة تحت الحصار.. صمت المجتمع الدولي شراكة في الجريمة!.. بقلم: د. راتب جنيد

منذ أكتوبر 2023، تتعرض غزة لحرب متواصلة لم تهدأ وتيرتها لأكثر من تسعة عشر شهرًا. حربٌ لم تقتصر على الأهداف العسكرية، بل امتد أثرها ليطال الإنسان والبنية التحتية والكرامة الإنسانية. دُمّرت المنازل والمستشفيات، واستُهدفت المدارس والملاجئ، وراح ضحية هذا العدوان أكثر من مئة ألف شهيد، معظمهم من المدنيين، بينهم آلاف الأطفال والنساء، في مشهد يتجاوز حدود الكارثة الإنسانية1.
يعيش أكثر من 2.1 مليون نسمة في قطاع غزة ضمن مساحة جغرافية ضيقة، محرومين من أبسط مقومات الحياة الكريمة: الغذاء الكافي، الدواء الضروري، المياه النظيفة، والتيار الكهربائي. ويواجه هؤلاء السكان خطر الإبادة البطيئة تحت وطأة الحصار والتجويع ونقص الخدمات الصحية، وسط غياب شبه كامل للعدالة الدولية.
تشير تقارير صادرة عن الأمم المتحدة إلى أن 93% من سكان غزة يعانون من انعدام حاد في الأمن الغذائي، بينما يواجه أكثر من 470,000 شخص خطر المجاعة الحقيقية2. يموت الأطفال جوعًا، ويُفقد المرضى حياتهم بسبب انهيار المنظومة الصحية الناتج عن الحصار والاستهداف الممنهج للمرافق الطبية3.
ما يجري في غزة يمثل انتهاكًا صارخًا لاتفاقيات جنيف الرابعة لعام 1949، التي تنص على حماية السكان المدنيين أثناء النزاعات المسلحة4، ويشكل خرقًا مباشرًا للقانون الدولي الإنساني، ولقرارات مجلس الأمن والجمعية العامة للأمم المتحدة، التي تؤكد على وجوب حماية المدنيين وتوفير المساعدات الإنسانية لهم دون قيد أو شرط5.
وفي ظل هذا الواقع المرير، نتوجه بنداء أخلاقي وإنساني:
إلى الأمة الإسلامية: اتقوا الله في إخوانكم في غزة. لا تكونوا من المتفرجين. دعمكم واجب شرعي وأخلاقي، لا ترفًا سياسيًا.
إلى الضمير العالمي: إن لم تستطيعوا نصرة المظلوم، فلا تكونوا شركاء للظالم بصمتكم. الصمت في وجه الجريمة هو شكل من أشكال التواطؤ، والتاريخ لا ينسى.
اللهم كن لأهل غزة معينًا ونصيرًا، أطعم جائعهم، واسقِ ظمآنهم، وآوِ مشرّدهم، واشفِ مرضاهم، وارحم شهداءهم، وكن لهم حافظًا ووليًا. اللهم عجّل لهم بالفرج والنصر، وألّف بين قلوب المسلمين لنصرتهم، إنك على كل شيء قدير..

Gaza Under Siege: The World’s Silence Is Complicity in the Crime
Since October 2023, the Gaza Strip has been subjected to an unrelenting war that has persisted for over nineteen months. This is not merely a military confrontation; it is a war that has devastated civilian life, destroyed critical infrastructure, and undermined human dignity. Over 100,000 people — the majority of them civilians, including thousands of women and children — have lost their lives in what can only be described as a humanitarian catastrophe1.
More than 2.1 million people are confined within a narrow geographical space, deprived of essential necessities: adequate food, access to healthcare, clean water, electricity, and above all, hope. This population is enduring the consequences of slow-motion genocide under siege, starvation, and health system collapse — in the near-complete absence of international justice.
According to reports by the United Nations, 93% of Gaza’s population is suffering from acute food insecurity, while over 470,000 people face the imminent risk of famine2. Children are dying of hunger, and patients are losing their lives as hospitals collapse under bombardment or cease to function due to siege restrictions3.
These actions constitute flagrant violations of the Fourth Geneva Convention (1949), which obligates all parties to protect civilian populations during times of armed conflict4. They also breach international humanitarian law and multiple United Nations resolutions that call for the protection of civilians and the unhindered delivery of humanitarian aid5.
In light of this tragedy, we raise a moral and humanitarian appeal:
To the Muslim Ummah: Fear Allah concerning your brothers and sisters in Gaza. Do not remain spectators. Your support is a religious and ethical obligation — not a political luxury.
To the global conscience: If you cannot stand with the oppressed, do not be complicit with the oppressor through your silence. Silence in the face of atrocity is a form of complicity, and history will remember.
O Allah, be a Helper and Protector for the people of Gaza. Feed their hungry, quench the thirst of the desperate, shelter the displaced, heal the sick, have mercy on the martyrs, and protect the living.
O Allah, hasten their relief and victory, and unite the hearts of the Muslim world in their support — You are Most Capable over all things.
